us is Surinamese food is a curious mix of Asian and Caribbean cuisine. It’s hard to tell where all those things come from and equally hard to choose what to order. We let the guy behind the bar help us and end up sitting in a park with a bag full of spring rolls, codfish with tomato and lots of fries. It was satisfying, but a little tough to digest.
