ell me about yourself. Who is Spencer Lee? “I am Spencer Lee, a young man blessed with creativity and the drive to pursue his dreams.” So what is the idea behind your t-shirts and designs? “My first t-shirts, the “X-ray” tees, were conjured up from my desire to combine my artistic ability with my love for fashion. I handmade & bleach-painted ever y single one of those tees, which was a pain, but it was worth it. You know, art is limitless, so when I create new pieces I like blending different tastes and designing things that I would actually want to wear myself and if the people want it, it’s theirs.” Who has inspired you the most? “My mother has inspired me the most. She’s the one who got me interested in fashion and exposed me to it at a young age. She worked in the industr y before I was born, so yes, she has been fly since day one.”

He’s ver y low key, but he knows he could destroy the universe if wanted to. He is strong as hell. Yes I grew up watching mad Dragonball Z lol.” Tell me about the craziest thing you have done? “Fashion’s Night Out 2011 in NYC. That night consisted of me busting my head, rioting with random people in front of the BBC store, almost getting into fight, meeting Kid Cudi, chillin with the homies, and a bunch of other random madness. The whole night was just a big party lol.”
Who do you think is the most well-dressed man right now? “This is a hard one, hmm.. I think it’s a tie between Kid Cudi and A$AP Rocky.”
Money over bitches? “You can lose money chasing women, but you can’t lose women chasing money.”
What is the perfect outfit for you and why? “Black skinny jeans, a comfortably loose t-shirt/ tanktop or a throwback NBA jersey
What kind of music do you listen to and who is your alltime favorite artist? I listen to a lot of Hip Hop, Dancehall, & Reggae. I can’t decide on an all-time favorite,
but Kendrick Lamar and Kid Cudi are my two favorite artists today.” If you could work with anyone who would you work with and why? “Kid Cudi. He is creative and confident in his ability. I remember he gave me some words of encouragement on Instagram a while back and it kinda gave me that extra push. He seems like a genuine guy. But yeah it would be dope to design a few pieces with him because I liked those leather jackets he designed with Surface To Air a year ago. So yea Scott if you’re reading this holla at me! Haha.” How would you define creativity? “Creativity. To me it’s being yourself and letting your imagination go to work.” Anything you want to say to our readers? “Cop your “X-ray” tees on spencerleegaller y.com before we sell out.
