Combination: $10.75
The civic rate is for not-for-profit organizations. Civic does NOT include craft shows and other clearly identified retail operations. The reason for this is that admission fees are usually charged and crafters are charged for space. A church bake sale or a non-profit organization’s chili dinner qualifies as civic.
