IRAN
Ein Kinderbuch
This book delivers a fragmented, colourful view of visual culture in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In a politically incorrect way, the book doesn´t differentiate between propaganda and advertising, religious or profane content. It has no intention of explaining Iranian society. Instead, it celebrates the strangeness of those objects and murals that form public space in Iran today, documented on three journeys between 2011 and 2012.
