Sriracha Potato Cha Cha preg | can | kid | bloat | skin | energy | full | stress | mood These potatoes are so good they’ll make your taste buds and your entire body dance the cha-cha! We love these little bite-size potatoes, and so do the little ones. They’ll give you an energy burst and spirit boost as well as a nice dose of fiber! Serves 4 (½ cup per serving) 4 russet potatoes (about 5 ounces each), peeled and wrapped in aluminum foil 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce 2 tablespoons light butter-flavored spread made with vegetable oils Salt to taste 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until very soft. 3. Place the hot potatoes in a heatproof bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add the sriracha and vegetable spread. Mash until smooth and fluffy with a fork. Salt to taste. Serve. Mix it up. Try some smoky heat. Replace the sriracha with half a dried chipotle pepper, stemmed, seeded, and ground fine into a powder in a coffee grinder or blender. Can’t find dried chipotle peppers? Substitute 1 teaspoon of a chipotle hot sauce like Tabasco or Cholula brand for the dried pepper.
