The hearing of the Complaint, dated 07/01/2013 under section 18 of the RTI Act, filed by Shri Subhash Chandra Agrawal, Chandni Chowk (Delhi) in the Central Information Commission under Sec.19(3) of RTI Act 2005, in the above matter will be held in the Court Room No.-307 on the above given address of the Commission at

The Commission directs the CPIO to appear in person or may authorize an officer not below the rank of CPIO, who is well conversant with the matter to represent them. The Respondents are directed to give the name, designation and contact number of the person attending the hearing well in advance to the Commission before the date of hearing on phone nos.- 011-26105027 / 26180532. 3. The CPIO is also directed to inform the 3rd party if any to enable the 3rd party to defend or present his/her case before the Commission on the scheduled date of hearing.
