Cooma Show entries close Friday Entries for the 2103 Cooma Show close this Friday March 1. To lodge your entry, call at the Cooma Showground on Friday between 10am and 2pm. This is also an ideal time to either renew your show membership or to become a member. There are several benefits of membership, including entry and carparking inside the grounds on the day of

the show. Exhibits in the pavilion sections of photography, fibrecraft, handcraft, visual arts and needlework must be delivered to the showground from 8am and 6pm Wednesday March 6. Other exhibits, cooking, condiments, fruit and vegetables and flowers, must be delivered on Thursday March 7 or by 8.30am Friday March 9.

Welbeing Expo on again www.monaropost.com.au The Wellbeing Expo is an annual event that encourages healthy bodies and minds in the South East region. Cooma will be hosting its sixth annual Wellbeing Expo on Saturday March 16 from 9am till 4pm at the Multifunction Centre, Cooma Showground. The expo works to enrich the mind body and sprit of those who attend. Practitioners, health workers and therapists from the Monaro, as well as Canberra and the coast will be hosting stalls with workshops, demonstrations, samples, new products and vouchers. Entry is only $2 per person and all proceeds raised will go straight to local
