90D Creative Lab 2014-2015 Proposal we are the saudi creative hub, aiming to build the Saudi Creative Community We are local creative consultancy, we create impact through creativity We Want our brand to be the brand acting as a ‘Close friend’ or ‘big brother’ In 0ur creative Community . It will be their guide, their mentor, and at times their source of inspiration or even conversation starter.


Main task: “For, From and By the creatives” -We are a creative-based hub serving the creative sector, including groups and indivisuals, to help them innovate and grow. -We will create the perfect environment that identifies new ways to serve and support by uncovering their needs, desiers, and behaviours. -We create a creative community that launches new innitiatives and creative people.


“Meet your Idol” - Mentorship We choose famous figures for mentorship program, thoes are going to be our people. Each of them will have lab hours, when they can com and meet their creatives. Thoes famous are the one who is going to create the BUZZ and bring us creatives. We create an agenda for their hours weather they can educate, discuss, feedback or entertain their creatives. They are going to be available for their fans and they are the one who might donated their times for such innitiatives.


Studio, Library & Cafe Studio: where they will have a cosy atmosphere to work and gather and achieve! Library : Crative books and insources Cafe: food service we can go crazy in this field! we can bring a creative youth innitiative in food industry and offer them a bar or Cafeteria!


Meet & Greet Partner inspires our meet & greet Events: Meet & Greet is a session we hold once a year in a location picked by our creatives. It’s a brain storming session we hold with our Creatives to decide what type of events they would want us to host for them in the summer. Partner can host it in their space.


Competition contests: Art competition, innovation competitions. Funniest comment, best article, best story, best creative piece.. etc. Best art made with coffee...etc and on going contests in our social media or life at the space of the Partner .


Educational programs Each issue will launch in a creative gathring. It could be anything on the theme of the issue: A workshop A lecture A meet & greet A competietion A fun times A life performance and ......etc


Summer Festival! We are planning on having three months mobile exhibitions in KSA of al creatives that have been participating with us all along the year. This event will have sooo many surprises!


90D Interactive: Creative ID: We are planning to create for them their own Creative ID. This Ids main task is to help us build our creative community.


MAGAZINE

90D’s Magazine Our creatives or strategic partner’s will be part of everything in the magazine [This is how we plan for 90D to be close to them]: They can participate in the sections using the desginated hashtags belonging to each section. At the very beginning of the magazine there is a section for the featured artists called 90D Show case which they can nominate themselves or others[for example, by using #90D_Showcase on our social media outlets]. This method applies to the rest of the magazine sections. Any partner can use the same hashtags or ones that are similar to nominate their own creatives or topics to be featured in the magazine as the following slides show. In return, The parner will sponsor 90D with places to host event and creative gathering or sponsorship in printing. 90D can create a pocket within the magazine in order to distribute yers or cut out brushors..etc

90D Proposal: We need for this partnership the following: -A meeting room for our team member , this room could also be used by creatives to hold meeting. “Hint� we can rent it. -The creative lab space You well receive the followig: - 90D team full service -We will orgenise the events -Social media work -Your logo and name will be 100% available in all media -Rebranding for your brand



The lab programms: -Creative gathering “Meet & Greet” - Mentorship “Meet your Idol” - Educational programs - Studio - Library & Cafe


Idea: We can run our programs bimonthly based on the magazine topic, meaning that we choose our mentors, educational programs, gathering based on the theme to create this inspiring unrutonic environment! However; the studio and library remains pen for the members!


CONCLUSION: This way, the partner’s brand will be integrated in all aspects of a Creative’s life and interest. Making it the brand that strikes a conversation in social gatherings and the brand that triggers inspiration and innovation. It will also be known as the brand that supports the creative community by being there at all their events, taking interest in their interests and fuliflling the object of being the brand that is your best friend.
