GENERAL INFORMATION Hello delegates, this is all the information you need Before and During Momentum. Time zone: Mexico is -6 hours GMT Language: Spanish. You’ll be able to manage with English in most tourist towns. If you’re not too fluent in Spanish a small pocket dictionary could come in handy. Voltage: Voltage is 110V and plug sockets are two flat prongs (the same as the USA and Canada). Food/drink: Tap water is not suitable for drinking, but bottled water is widely available. Tips: A 10% tip is customary for anyone providing you with a service.

UBER Uber is a company dedicated to providing luxury transportation in more than 70 cities since 2009. How sponsorship works? Uber will be our sponsor during Momentum. UBER is the transport we will be using from the airport to the Uber will sponsor $350 pesos per delegate so we can congress and back . transport you either the hostel on March 26th or the Venue on March 27th, and back to the airport on april We are offering this transport only on these days: 2nd. AIRPORT LOGISTICS There would be 3 groups in charge: The 1st group will be at the terminal 2. They will be out of the arrivals gate to welcome you and to guide you to the aerotren which is a train that connects Terminal 1 and 2. The aerotren comes and goes for free. The 2nd group will be receiving you at the aerotren at terminal 1. They will be gathering all delegates at Gate 8 where you can find the fast food and a currency exchange. Uber transport will be waiting for you in this gate. The 3rd group will be at the arrival gate in Terminal 1 which is where most international flights arrive. Our team willll be guiding you to Gate 8 where uber transport will be waiting for you. Note: Only official transportation will be taxis with Uber. So we ask you to stay together at gate number 8.

REGISTRATION Registration will be open at 8AM from March 27, 2014. All the Chiefs Delegates have to register all their delegation. He has to bring all delegates documentation (Passport, Insurance, Visa) plus the payment in case they have decided to pay in cash. We’ll be offering Assiscard Insurance at the table’s registration in case you haven’t bought one. Note: The CC will be collecting your global village’s stuffs at the registration.
