My name is Markus Kaules, father of 3 wonderful children and born on 30.09.1972 in beautiful Neuss, near to Düsseldorf. Professionally, I have been working as an executive in various functions at the top of national and international organizations since 2000. Over all these years, the focus of my work has been on international sales and therefore also on the daily very personal and also intensive contact with employees, key accounts and partners/distributors. Because business is still done by and between people and trust, reliability, loyalty and integrity are and will remain the basis of long-lasting business relationships as well as functioning networks. For this reason, I have received several awards over the years for the outstanding business success of my teams in connection with my ability to form and develop successful organizations in the long term, as well as for my exemplary enthusiasm in implementing even difficult corporate projects and reorganizations. As a former competitive athlete, I still refer in discussions to the identical procedures, processes and approaches that link successful team sports and successful business enterprises. Today, as a former European Sales Director, Managing Director and Commercial Director of various companies, I am also founder and owner of the management consultancy Kaules-smc since 2010. Since October 2023 I am leading as Head of Sales and Marketing the European Region for Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics at ELARABY Group a leading manufacturer from the MENA Region. For me personally, my motivation, enthusiasm and lived conviction in dealing with colleagues, fellow men and customers, as well as the pursuit of credibility, trust and sustainable partnership in my professional, as well as in my private life has become my life motto.

For more than 15 years, innovative printing films have been manufactured there and marketed worldwide under the ClingZ ® and ZtacTM names. Since 2011, ClingZ has been present in Germany with its subsidiary ClingZ Europe GmbH, headquartered in Munich. Europe-wide P&L responsibility: Head of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service ales via printers, agencies, advertising agencies, distributors and directly to global & key accounts.

In January 2017, ClingZ was sold to Nikosa. Operations and production were transferred to the new facility. Sales, marketing and customer service will be handled globally by Nokasa's own organization.
