ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COMPLETION Completion Requirement: 5 courses ce.mohawkcollege.ca/leansixsigma
Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation. It combines lean manufacturing/lean enterprise and Six Sigma to eliminate the eight kinds of waste. In partnership with CI360, Mohawk offers three levels - Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt. All levels are taught by certified and experienced Master Black Belts in service and manufacturing sectors. The theory and certification courses are in alignment with American Society of Quality (ASQ) Body of Knowledge and International Standards Organization (ISO) 18404 requirements.
