The state-of-the-art 5000 sq. ft. facility provides a unique Aquapath experience with multiple aqua-stations including mineral pools, waterfall benches, river pathways and sea salt baths. This signature rejuvenation treatment encourages active wellness and is perfect for singles or small groups. Hydrotherapy has been traditionally defined as a natural remedy that involves the use of water, such as water pressure and temperature for therapeutic purposes to stimulate circulation and assist the body in its natural healing process. Hydrotherapy is instrumental in stimulating the immune system, assisting in detoxification and promoting overall wellbeing. To help you fully picture what the Aquapath experience is, we’ve listed each of the available stations:
• RAIN HEAD SHOWER – You will end your session by rinsing off and returning to the waiting room. Living Shore Spa also provides more traditional spa treatments such as massages, manicures and pedicures. Relax and be pampered in one of six massage rooms or two couples’ massage rooms. Afterwards, enjoy the convenience of the nearby facilities including the Living Water pool and the waterfront restaurant.
• SWISS SHOWER – Multiple body jets and large rain head shower. • DETOXIFYING MINERAL BATH – A large detoxifying mineral hot tub with a series of jets that move from lower to mid back. This tub is designed to start the detoxifying process by pulling toxins from the skin as you move around the bench and hit the jets at different heights. • 4 STAGE WATERFALL BENCHES – You will sit on 4 separate benches as waterfalls rain over you in different patterns to hit different pressure points on the head and shoulders. • EUCALYPTUS STEAM SAUNA – Steam sauna with eucalyptus oil infused into the air. • GLACIER SHOWER – A waterfall of ice cold water that falls right over your head designed to promote circulation. • RIVER WALK (2) – 2 separate trenches (1 warm on the left and 1 cool on the right) that have pebbles on the bottom for the feet as you walk down the trench. Jets also progressively get higher up the leg as you walk through. This is designed for you to complete two times. • REPLENISHING MINERAL BATH – A large mineral tub with a jumbo rain shower head on one side. The bath is designed to replenish minerals into the body. You can choose to either relax in a hot tub sitting on a bench or stand under the refreshing rain. • EXFOLIATION TUB – A tub filled with a mix of sea salt and essential oils that is used to exfoliate the body leaving the skin silky smooth.
