‘Roots: Untamed Connections in Fibre’ is the follow-up event to “Restrictions: (un)woven reflections on lockdown” from September 2020, the second exhibition in a series of group textile shows developed by Freeweaver Saori Studio. Focussing on where we draw our power from and how we connect in so many creative ways, this is a group exhibition of twelve international textile artists and contemporary handweavers who work with natural materials and fibres. This follow-up event is a collaborative effort between Freeweaver and Modern Eccentrics.
