SCHOOL PROJECT

The View Residence project focuses on living in the mountains, as a modern tradition home with a view of nature. Using the concepts of form and space, it creates a unique cantilever design living environment reflective of leisure and contemplation for a family in this residence.

In addition to that, the design concept was to feel like you’re into the expansive open sky and seemingly limitless greenery. There’s a charm to mountain living that you just don’t find in the city or the suburbs. This design was something truly wonderful when waking up in the crisp mountain air and going to sleep under such a large quiet sky, there’s often new things to see, this is why the design was an open view with a big wall of glass on each side of the room areas. You’ll probably always feels like you’re on vacation.

The design should offer an experience of mental exploration through its conceptual and artistic form while engaging with the natural setting.

View Residence has this house which is elevated to take advantage of the good views that surrounds it. The upper level extends to the west over an artificial escarpment formed by the lower level.
