Ages 5-12 Campers will spend time focused on agility, endurance, and basketball offensive and defensive skills. Campers will work on dribbling, shooting, passing, and playing as a team through friendly play. All skill levels are welcome. Rugby is a team sport that develops a range of ball handling, running, and evasion skills. Campers will learn the importance of teamwork and respect towards opponents, coaches and referees. During this non-contact summer camp, campers will learn the touch version of rugby that will ultimately prepare them to move onto tackle as they grow older and gain confidence.
