See revised Implementation element in Attachment G of Planning Board Resolution No.14-10 In addition to requirements of the MDP Annual Report, the Plan 2035 Annual Report should be expanded to include: • Projects and policies, especially capital improvement projects that support implementation and alignment of priority strategies that implement the vision of Plan 2035. • The work program for the Planning Department each fiscal year. • A web-based tool showing the status of various implementation measures and their progression towards achieving the plan goals.
Plan Prince George’s Five-Year Evaluation (Performance Monitoring) While the Annual Report is meant to report on the successes and implementation on an annual basis, the FiveYear Evaluation analyzes overall success at five-year intervals. This overall evaluation will provide insight into the success of implementing the longer-range policies and strategies, and will gage their overall alignment with changing demographic, social, economic, and environmental trends. It will provide an assessment of whether the county is on track to meet the vision and goals set out in the plan. Preparation of this report could possibly inform minor plan amendments and modifications based on changing local, regional, state, and national dynamics and trends. The completion of priority strategies, programs, and projects should be noted. Data collected and reported through the Plan 2035 Annual Report will help inform the 5-Year Evaluation and Appraisal Report.

Monitor and collect data on indicators at standard one and five year intervals. PM1.1
On a yearly basis, prepare a Plan 2035 Annual Report. This report shall include the requirements of the MDP Annual Report, but will be extended to include monitoring of the indicators laid out in Plan 2035.
PM1.2
Due in 2019, prepare a 5-year Evaluation and Assessment Report regarding the implementation of Plan 2035. This report shall include aggregated data from the annual report, and will provide an overview on the success of Prince George’s County in meeting the goals of Plan 2035.
