AUCTION These guidelines have been established to create a fair and enjoyable event.

• Silent auction bidding begins at 6 p.m. and closes promptly at 8:15 p.m.

• Once a bid has been entered, it may not be removed or altered.

You are responsible for all items on which you bid.

• To avoid disappointment, please check all expiration dates or limitations on certificates, tickets, and services.

• To constitute a valid bid, each bid must be equal to or exceed the minimum bid programmed on BidPal. In addition, each increase in bid must equal or exceed the minimum raise figure on BidPal. • The closing bid constitutes the winning bid. All items will be sold to the person making the highest valid bid.

• To bid on a Voice Auction item, simply raise your assigned paddle/bidder number to attract the attention of the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer will have the final decision as to who will be deemed the purchaser of the item being auctioned.

Glen Fladeboe, Auctioneer Glen Fladeboe (Owner and Auctioneer) attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa immediately after graduating high school and has been part of the family business ever since. With more than 20 years of experience as a professional auctioneer, he has been instrumental in building Fladeboe Auctions into one of the largest benefit auction companies in the nation. He credits the success of the business to his exceptional staff, time spent consulting with and getting to know clients and a company philosophy that says “if you focus on the mission of the organization, guests will be inspired and support the cause.”

Glen holds a degree in communications from Hamline University and lives with his wife Stephanie, two young daughters and dog in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In his free time, he enjoys marathon running, hunting, driving tractor, and spending time at his cabin on the south shore of Lake Superior.
