Rules and Regulations 1. Each application must be proposed by a non-BD member and then approved by a BD member. BD members cannot nominate members for the award. For the purpose of this nomination form the word ‘project’ refers to any MMSA campaign, event or initiative. 2. Self nominations will not be accepted; nominations for BD members will not be accepted. 3. Application forms are to be handed in to a member of the BD by not later than 6pm on Thursday 10th April 2014. 4. The Board of Directors will scrutinize the applications received and their decision is final. 5. The award is aimed at projects which showed astounding planning organization and execution, and which were effective in relation to the association and also the target audience. 6. The award will be presented to the winner during Appreciation Night on Sunday 13th April 2014.
