ABOUT US M&M Profuture Training, S.L. is a trainer provider and intermediary organization (PIC number: 942162553) that develops and implements innovative projects in the field of education, training and employment. In M&M Profuture Training we work from a global perspective of the service, guiding our participants along the whole process. We develop and implement innovative projects in the field of education, training and employment. M&M offers strategic professional mobilities (both work placements and job shadowing), specialized training and technical assistance on international projects. M&M has a huge network that allows the company to be in contact with other companies, foreign partners, stakeholders, labour market, consulting companies, educational institutions and universities, experts, public administration, etc., and it works in close cooperation with all of them, which facilitates precise real knowledge and provides us unique and innovative services and ideas that optimize the quality of our work. 1. WORK PLACEMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL APPRENTICESHIPS (KA1 PROJECTS) Why Barcelona? The main purpose of work placements and apprenticeships is to offer useful and practical work experience for career development. Our international work placements are organized focused on career aspirations and both personal and professionals interests. We work with participants and organizations to find a customized internship that fits both participants’ experience and aspirations. By doing this, we provide invaluable international work experience to add to participants’ CV and professional career. Doing the internship in Barcelona is a great investment for future professional life! Barcelona offers both professional and personal development: it is an amazing city that offers millions of unforgettable opportunities. We are available to receive in Barcelona participants of all sectors, in order to do their work placements and apprenticeships. We have the key tools to plan professional careers and keep knowledge and skills growing: our global service is the basis for that, and training and guidance the way to get there.

The sending organisation is responsible for: Preselection of participants Sending participants’ profiles 2 - 1,5 month before the participants arrival Basic Language skills (Spanish / English Optional) Insurance (private accident/liability/repatriation and professional liability/ industrial injuries insurance) The hosting organization is responsible for: Permanent Follow-up of the participant Formalised final report and documents Permanent monitoring and evaluation of the training Finding suitable accommodation, if it is required Delivering to the participants the local travel card during the stay, if it is required Conditions for all groups: The dates of the period and the number of participants have to be agreed with us before our final decision is made If you are a group of 10 we will manage a specific calendar for you.

2. TRAINING COURSES (KA1 PROJECTS) Would you like to learn and enjoy in our courses in Barcelona? Come with us and be one of our participants!!! In M&M Profuture Training we work from a global perspective of the service, guiding our participants along the whole process. Taking into account the training needs detected in the organization, we design tailored training activities, giving an innovative and differentiating approach. Thanks to our experts and collaborators network we are able to assure optimal quality in teaching the designed training. Thanks to this philosophy we make training grow from the real need to the final result, working exhaustively in all the essential stages for the execution of the course and getting optimal results at all levels. The following preparation will be done to know participants’ pedagogical and personal aspects related to the course:

LEONARDO DA VINCI TOI: Leonardo Da Vinci TOI SPEAK UP - Code: 2010-1-ES1-LEO05-21227 Speak Up! project was a contribution to the improvement of workers mobility capacity across Europe through an online platform which facilitates the learning in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish of the vocabulary, expressions and key notions of the professions of welder, solar panel installer, specialist of ecological agriculture, winemaker, kitchen assistant, waiter, housekeeper, hotel receptionist, aircraft mechanic and aircraft electronics technician. http://www.adam-europe.eu/prj/7316/project_7316_fr.pdf Leonardo Da Vinci TOI Project Leonardo Da Vinci - Code: FR/06/B/P/PP- 152566, “SME-Learning” The objectives were centred around three work packages dealing with research and studies of elearning and ICT based training models, production of strategic recommendations for SME training and application guide for training centres, and dissemination and valorisation activities, such as the formation of new networks and planning of future use for the material created during the project. Leonardo Da Vinci TOI: “DIGITALIZACIÓN EN EL SECTOR DE LA COMUNICACIÓN” Code: ES/05/B/F/PP-149317 The main aim of the project was the identification of common deficiencies in the digital sector, and the translation of these shortfalls into training pathways, structured into modules which can be assimilated in the various participating European countries.
