The chef’s aim is to use the best local and seasonal ingredients and allow the quality of the produce to speak for itself. Choose from mackerel caught off the south coast, East Sussex succulent beef Wellington, complimentary home baked breads and locally grown fresh vegetables. For pudding, a signature dish of sticky toffee pudding with homemade ice cream is simply delicious; or ask about the Daily Specials, dishes that showcase the team of chefs’ creativity and flare. Parking is free and an entrance ticket to Leeds Castle is not required.
