Pectoralis Major You can work out your Pectoralis Major by doing push-ups.

Rectus Abdominus This means your Abs or the middle of your stomach. This is Unflexed
This is flexed. You can strech this muscles by like in the picture doing sit-ups and crunches.
Deltoid We are about to exercise our Deltoid on our shoulder.
We are now doing shoulder ups by holding our arms straight out. This flexes our Deltoid.
Quadriceps Here is our Quadriceps unflexed.
Here is our Quadriceps flexed.We move our legs straight out with leg extensions
