Conclusion In this chapter, we discussed the roles and responsibilities of the two teams essential for successful implementation of Tier 3—the leadership team and the intervention team. In chapter 4 (page 73), we discuss in greater detail the actions these two teams must take as they set goals, design, and plan the systematic processes at
