CONSERVAÇÃO DA RESERVA MATA DO URU

Com cerca de 128 hectares na região da Lapa (PR), a Mata do Uru é uma Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural (RPPN) que forma uma relevante área preservada de Floresta Araucária e Campos Naturais, preservando onças, pumas, jaguatiricas e centenas de outras espécies.

Desde 2003, o Grupo Positivo apoia a conservação da área por meio de parceria com a Sociedade de Pesquisa em Vida Selvagem e Educação Ambiental (SPVS) e com os proprietários do terreno.

With about 128 hectares in the region of Lapa (PR), Mata do Uru is a Private Reserve of Natural Heritage (RPPN) that forms a relevant preserved area of Araucaria Forest and Natural Fields, preserving jaguars, pumas, ocelots and hundreds of other species. Since 2003, the Grupo Positivo has supported the conservation of the area through a partnership with SPVS (Society for Wildlife Research and Environmental Education) and the owners of the land.
