SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE Rockdale County MS4 Inventory & Condition Assessment Rockdale County, Georgia In 2007, ISE was again contracted to expand on the pilot inventory study and conduct a complete inventory and condition assessment of the Rockdale County drainage system over a multi-year period (20% of the MS4 per year). This effort consists of mapping the entire MS4 drainage system within the urbanized and non-urbanized areas of Rockdale County and conducting a condition assessment on each structure to achieve NPDES Phase II and MNGWPD compliance.
