Putting the plan on paper:

following the layout you have sketched and working to the measurements you have taken from your current kitchen.

1. Once you’ve decided on a layout and chosen all the cabinets you want, use this planning grid to draw a plan of your design. One small square on the grid is equal to 100mm x 100mm. Make note of doors, electrical and gas points.

3. Once you’re happy with your layout, draw around the shapes or stick them to the grid. It may be useful to glue the wall units to the grid directly behind the base units.

2. Punch out the cabinetry shapes. The model numbers match the cabinets on pages 50 and 51 for the Impressions Kitchens and page 54 for the Concept Kitchen. Place these on the grid,

4. Now that your kitchen design is on paper, you’re ready to move onto the next step, ordering your cabinetry and components in-store at your local Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA.
