“I had a great experience working with Walstrom and Scott Way on our recent Pursuit C238 purchase. After last season, I was thinking about upgrading from my 1997 Pursuit 2270 and I was doing a lot of research on different center console manufacturers/models. My son Ben is passionate about boating and was very active in our research - he had the Pursuit C238 at the top of his list and made sure I knew of any available. He was more of the ‘dreamer’ side of our team and I was more of a realist. When I would come up with a road block regarding value or functionality information, Ben would work to get answers as he was very motivated. “My Walstrom story began back at the 2020 Detroit boat show, where I fell in love with the Chris Craft Calypso 30 displayed by Walstrom Marine. Four hours later I was the proud new owner of a gorgeous boat! Fast forward three months, in the midst of a pandemic, we were excited to launch the boat on Memorial Day weekend in Harbor Springs. Our new adventures have taken us to Bay Harbor, Petoskey and even under the Mackinac Bridge, and all the way to the northwest corner of Burt Lake through the inland water way. Our 4-year old daughter loves our boat and we now have a new way to enjoy our time together and the splendor of Northern Michigan! The Walstrom team, sales &service department, and the dockmaster have made ownership an amazing experience for our family. “Barb and I got our start boating together back in 2001 onboard a Tiara 31 Open and in the last 19 years we have upgraded and sold off all of our vessels (and cottage in Harbor Springs), assuming our boating days were behind us when we purchased a home in Austin, TX in 2013 to be near our children. We have visited many beautiful places throughout the world, but few places compared to Harbor Springs so in the summer of 2020 we purchased a 2019 Tiara 44 Coupe through Dan Kimball. He was very patient in finding us the right vessel. In fact, all five boats that we have purchased have been through Walstrom Marine. We have always been extremely satisfied with the level of service, attention, and care we have received from the entire Walstrom Team.
