Fitness FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 20/20/20- This is a 60-minute class that is broken down into basic step moves for 20 min. of cardio; weight lifting and resistance for 20 min; and floor work for abs and toning for 20 min. 30 Minute ABC- This ½ hour class will give you the results you are looking for!!! Come trim your waistline, while tightening your buns and strengthening your back. 30 Minute Abs- The ultimate half-hour gut-buster. This class targets your tummy, trims your waistline and will strengthen your back. 30 Min Strong- This express class will work both upper and lower body muscles utilizing a variety of free weights and resistance training. Abs & Buns- Non-impact way to define your abs, lower back, hip and glutes. Bands and balls used to strengthen, tone and define! Floor work required. Back To Basics “ B2B”- A physical conditioning program that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to achieve total body training. Participants will be challenged with calisthenics, circuit, resistance and agility training, core strength and cardio endurance. “B2B” offers an exercise program that reduces weight, inches and allows people to see quick results. B2B is designed for all fitness levels with high and low impact adaptations to all exercises so everyone has a challenging workout. Boot Camp- Get your day started with this fast-paced, action-packed, high-energy class that combines sports drills with resistance training. Build strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness while conditioning yourself to reach your ultimate potential. It’s like a double shot of espresso! Bosu Classes- Bosu means “both sides up.” Bosu Ball is half a resist-a-ball and a step combined into one exciting new piece of exercise equipment. As you focus on balance, strength and flexibility, you will have a fun and challenging total-body workout. Circuit Step and Step with Weights- Combination of step movements using hand weights and tension bands. Combo-Bosu/Muscle Conditioning- This total body workout will include high intensity, low impact moves on and off of the Bosu Ball. This class will also include a muscle sculpting component, abs and stretching. Dynamic Core- Strengthen your core with this non-impact class that works your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. Bands and balls are used to strengthen, tone and define.

Express Workout- Express Workout will combine cardio, core, upper and lower free weight exercises along with stretching for a great total body workout in just 30 minutes. Open to all fitness levels and age groups. Don’t let time be a factor in preventing you from working out. Fitball- This class is a one-hour, low-impact, calorie burning exercise that strengthens and tones the core muscles while simultaneously working the other major muscle groups. The resistance ball is used throughout the workout in conjunction with weights, medicine ball and other props. Forever Fit- This 45-minute class is designed for the older adults, which combines nutrition/wellness information with low impact aerobics, stretching and toning. Participants can exercise at their own pace and there are chairs available for anyone who need to sit for some of the activities. Judo- Judo gives you an excellent moderate physical activity, which improves and maintains muscle tone and stimulates mental activity. Kettle Bells- Kettle Bells are a no-nonsense, to-the-point 30-minute class. Designed for those men and women who want real results but don’t have the usual hour or more to train. A great strength training class. Mat Pilates- For a strong core and strong limbs, try this exclusive floor workout. The Mat will work your powerhouse, back, legs and arms by using exercises that will help lengthen your muscles as they strengthen. Mat Pilates is an excellent workout for both men and women alike! It will improve your core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and muscle control. Mix it Up- Featuring interval style training through a combination of cardio and strength training moves. This class will use a variety of equipment, from steps and bands to weights and Bosu Balls, in order to provide a total body workout. This is an energizing class that promises you results. Muscle Conditioning- This class will work both upper and lower body muscles utilizing a variety of free weights and resistance training. From bands to balls to bars, this class will have you showing your stuff! Muscle Up- A results-driven class using variable weight barbell sets, dumbbells, benches and stability balls. Simple, controlled movements set to upbeat music focus on specific muscle groups.
