you will not stop any bad habit untill you do holy war with your self with catching the grace of Jesus Christ. because the grace only will not do anything but catch him and say I will not do evil ever this wark is important for you if you despaired from all warks try my friend from now until the end from your day saying I will not do this sin never and tomorrow after you wake pray the morning prayer then say I will not do sin never and do that all your life this is the sense that if you had it you will not do sin Amen
