BASEMENT FLOOR PLAN
Developing the plans The design incorporates a spatial concept that focuses on giving emphasis to both the sports, fencing and synchronized swimming. For that, a fencing court and a swimming pool are placed at different levels - basement and first floor respectively. A staircase that serves as the point of transition connecting these levels is placed at the visual center point of the space and the other activities are organized on the ground floor.
