Minfos Centralised Ordering Centrally order for all your stores directly from your Multi-store Head Office.
Auto-generate orders Centrally auto-generate orders on behalf of some or all of your pharmacies. When generating an order Minfos Centralised Ordering considers the ordering parameters set at the store and will adjust the order quantities accordingly.
Order templates Create and modify ordering templates to easily manage ongoing orders.
Schedule orders Save time by using order templates to schedule your orders to auto-generate at a particular time or day.
Date range or seasonal ordering Create an order based on the purchases made during a date range or seasonal orders based on sales from the same time the previous year.
Group stock holdings Optimise stock holdings across your group using our surplus stock functionality. Minfos Centralised Ordering will notify you when a store in the group has excess stock. You can then decide whether to order the stock from the store or purchase through the supplier.
Inter-store stock transfer Easily transfer stock between your pharmacies. Stores can share and view each other’s current stock-on-hand (SOH), unit cost and retail price.
Automatic status update View the status of orders and be automatically notified in Minfos Centralised Ordering when your stores receive and complete orders.
