Customise store updates Centrally control the information each of your stores receive from Head Office including product name, barcodes and GST status. This gives you the flexibility to tailor each stores data subscription to meet their product information needs.

Control when stores receive product updates Choose whether stores receive product updates in real-time or batch release at a defined time of day. When releases are batched, you control what changes are included and when they are released to stores.

Minfos National Product Number (MNPN) Minfos issues a MNPN (an unique product ID) for the life of each product to ensure your product data is consistent and accurate. Any products added by the Head Office will be also issued an MNPN for accurate reporting and product tracking across the group.

Category maintenance Manage up to seven categories on behalf of the group, removing the need for the pharmacy to locally manage products and associated categories. By using consistent categories, you have the ability to improve your group’s reporting.

Auto merges Configure merges made at Head Office to autoapply in store. This removes the need for the store to manually perform merges for products that the store has not purchased or sold.
