Easily link a customer’s account to a master account

Linking customers to an account will allow the master account holder to manage a single account while ensuring that charges are correctly made to their account.

It will also assist you to quickly and accurately make account charges.

The master account will be pre-selected as if it was the customer’s own account when you charge to an account in any of the following areas:

• Auto-charging • Pill box • Third party packing • Invoice to account • Till

Examples of linked customer accounts are:

• An organisation to a master account • Families e.g. a husband to a wife’s account or children to a parent’s account • RACF resident to the Nursing Home account • In-patients to a hospital account
