Pop-up customer notes

Add internal customer notes to let your staff know about any special instructions when they are serving the customer at the Dispense or Till. The pop-up customer notes will appear when staff recall the customer in either of these modules.

Key features include:

• Add customer notes from the customer’s profile • The customer notes is a free text field, enabling you to add as much information as required • Save time by using the F6 or Alt+V shortcut keys from dispense

Use this feature when you want to: • Follow-up on an overdue account • The customer doesn’t want certain items to be charged to their account • Special order is waiting for the customer to collect
