It would be great if you’ve completed a vacation program in the mining and resources sector but it’s not essential.

Going to the gym really completes my day, it makes me feel accomplished. I’ve introduced a few of my mates to the gym and it’s made those friendships stronger. Seeing them improve every month on month is a great experience.

For graduates who are thinking about applying for the next MinRes graduate intake I’d definitely say go for it – there are so many opportunities for growth.

I recently moved back to Perth after living interstate and abroad for more than 20 years. I wanted to meet new people and get involved in my local community, so I completed my Bronze Medallion and now I volunteer as a Surf Life Saver.

MinRes is a dynamic and agile company. Over the last two years I have worked on a wide variety of projects - I would not have had the opportunity to do this without the graduate program.
