We’re committed to providing the metals and minerals the world needs while continually improving our sustainability performance as we transition to a low-carbon future.

Our sustainability approach incorporates principles of governance, responsible supply chains, health and safety, environment, climate change, our people and our communities.

Diversity

Our policy for diversity and inclusion is comprehensive, but it can be summed up in three words; everyone is welcome.

We’re seeing first-hand the positive impact diversity is having on our workforce and business, and we have dedicated programs to increase our representation of female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.

Wellbeing

Ensuring our people are physically and mentally healthy puts them in a position to do what they do best.

Our holistic health and wellbeing programs cover physical and mental wellbeing, injury and prevention management, as well as lifestyle and social wellbeing.

We’re leading the industry by delivering world-class facilities, from our Osborne Park headquarters through to resort-style camps on our sites.

Community

An important part of maintaining our social licence to operate is demonstrating the value we create for society, and we achieve this by developing strong community and stakeholder relationships.
