Education to Empowerment … An approach leading to Quality Education. Save the Children with the support of BVLGARI is implementing a project “Education to Empowerment- Improving Learning Levels of the Children” in 100 Schools and 50 Anganwadi Centres covering 50 villages in 3 mandals of Adilabad and Mahbubnagar Districts in Telangana and Kurnool District in Andhra Pradesh. The past 4 years of intervention through the project have created significant impact on the lives of more than 1500 children in accessing to quality education, enhancement of learning levels, smooth transition from Anganwadi to Primary Schools, promotion of child friendly, safe and protective environment in schools and communities. Apart from capacity building of the teachers, School Management Committees and strengthening other community based mechanisms.
