Meet a beautiful princess and her magical unicorn and witness Prince Ivan defeat the evil magician Kaschei The Deathless. With puppets, masks and magic, Enchantment Theatre Company presents the classic Russian tale The Firebird while the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra performs Igor Stravinsky’s masterpiece live.

The Firebird The Firebird centers on the journey of Prince Ivan. He chases and captures the Firebird. She has a beak and claws like burnished gold. Her eyes sparkle like rubies. Her brilliant plumage is like streams of flame. Her feathers are so radiant that Prince Ivan looks away. She gives him a feather in exchange for her freedom. It becomes his dearest possession.
