Adults aged 18 to 65 can sign up to Milvik and enjoy its benefits for life
Waiting period applies only to in-patient benefits, there is no waiting period for other services
Waiting period to initiate any claim is 30 days, except for accident related injuries
Pre-existing conditions and named ailments are covered after 24 months of subscription
Pregnancy/childbirth and related expenses are not covered

Approved claims are paid directly into your bank account
Claims processing can take up to 15 days
Daily limit of hospitalization cashback for Milvik Health-Saver
299 is ₹1,000, limited to maximum 30 days up to ₹30,000 per year. 1 day of hospitalization is deductible per claim

399 is ₹2,000, limited to maximum 30 days up to ₹60,000 per year. 1 day of hospitalization is deductible per claim
All out-patient claims should be referred to by a Milvik doctor
Doctor consultations are capped at ₹1,000 (max ₹300 per visit). Diagnostic tests are capped at ₹1500 (max ₹500 per test). Pharmacy bills are capped at ₹1,000 (max ₹300 per claim)
Payment for plan is deducted monthly (every 30 days), and it buys coverage for the subsequent month (30 days). If no payment is made in a particular month (preceding 30 days), no coverage is provided in the immediately following month (30 days)
All payments made to Milvik have to be digital transactions. We do not accept cash payments
Loyalty savings-benefit is a ‘cash-back’ reward on anniversary.
It is paid only if the customer has made all of the payments in the last 12 months
Insurance underwritten by Care Health Insurance. Milvik has purchased a group policy under Care, and members who sign up for our plans are covered under this group policy. Care is an IRDAI- licensed provider
