GLOBAL INITIATIVE FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Are you a WOMAN? Do you OWN A BUSINESS? Let the world know! From this year on, the 19th of November has been established as the Women's Entrepreneurship Day,the world's largest celebration of women innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare in 144 countries. Women's Entrepreneurship Day is an initiative of the United Nations, in partnership with Global Entrepreneurship Week and the US Department of State with the aim to bring awareness, inspire and empower 250 million girls living in poverty. Greece participates dynamically with the key motto "WE ALL ARE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMBASSADORS"! Our campaign aims to turn the lights on Greek women entrepreneurs, as well as to inspire and support those thinking to start their own business.
Visit WED videoland where we will upload the videos we collect from all over Greece, with women entrepreneurs presenting, within one minute, their business.
Make your own video maximum 1 minute (using your mobile phone or camera) and introduce your business to us! By participating, you gain publicity for your business without any cost, you become an example for women who want to start up a business and you become part of a unique inspirational, audiovisual mosaic that promotes women-owned businesses in Greece.

Select a background that makes your business to look good.

Create a board (using markers, crayons, anything… as long as it is readable) with your logo and/or business name and place it close to you, so it appears on the video. You could also use a blackboard.
Make sure that your video isn't longer than one minute and send it to us (using wetransfer), to georgakopoulos@militos.org. If you have any difficulty or questions on how to send the video, you can contact Stathis Georgakopoulos (+30 210 6772129) so he can help. With pleasure!

Within one minute, answer these 4 questions, on video! When did you start your business? What is the mission/activity of the company? Where can we find you? What is the strength/competitive advantage of the business? Example: …I started my business 10 years ago, with two friends… graphic design office… You can find us at (address, phone number or website)… we are really good in animation…
Send us your video along with 4 keywords that define your business. This way it will be easier for people to find your business. Example: (1) graphic design (2) printing (3) Nafplio (4) animation
