Milena Bezerra

Born and raised in Fortaleza, Ceará, I graduated from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) in 2009. Since then, I have gained extensive experience in various architectural fields, including urban planning, public architecture projects, and private architecture and interior design projects. I have participated in executive projects in partnership with other architecture firms in my city, where I was responsible for project management, ensuring that deadlines and goals were met with the team involved. My participation began at the conception stage, always working in a team, and continued through to the executive project, detailing, coordination, and clash detection with cross-functional teams, as well as approvals with regulatory agencies. I also had the opportunity to work at the Secretary of Culture in Fortaleza, where I was responsible for managing all of the city's listed heritage properties. In this public department, I coordinated the team and gained in-depth knowledge in the field of historical heritage, as well as bureaucratic procedures for bidding and approvals with the City Hall. Additionally, I have experience in the field of interior design and commercial architecture, with a primary focus in the two firms where I was a partner/founder. I was involved in projects from conception, in association with the partners, to the project's execution and monitoring of works.
