Have A Voice Castle Rock Town Council members hold open houses to talk with citizens one-on-one. Open houses will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays beginning Sept. 9 at your local firehouse.

First Fridays

Daddy Daughter Ball

On the first Friday of each month, June through September, head to Festival Park to enjoy live music, food trucks, cocktails and kid activities. Start off the night with the First Fridays 5K, then don’t miss the chance to make family memories.

Dads and daughters came to enjoy the summer edition of the Daddy Daughter Ball at Miller Park’s Amphitheatre. There was dancing under the stars, a professional photographer, cookies, refreshments and more!

Douglas County Fair & Rodeo

Metzler Donation

August saw the end of another successful fair featuring Entertainment, Rodeos, Carnival, Antique Tractor Pull, Mutton Bustin’, Stick Horse Rodeo, Pancake Breakfast, and much more.

The Metzler Estate donated a 60-acre plot, including the 1899 homestead, to the Town of Castle Rock. The agreement will include 2.5 miles of soft-surface trails and parking spaces.
