Attachment for B.(3)(b): Radon mitigation system added in May 2013. Old wiring was removed and replaced May 2013. Well pump and expansion tank failed in summer of 2013 and were replaced with new equipment. Existing water softener was replaced in summer of 2013. Existing drainage tile beneath finished portion of basement was removed and replaced with new, larger drainage tile and water mitigation system on foundation walls in winter of 2014. Existing sump pump was replaced with new equipment in winter of 2014. Western-most 1/4 of basement was finished and 1/2 bath added in winter of 2014. Attic insulation was increased from R-12 to R-35 in spring of 2015. Existing furnace failed and was replaced with high-efficiency unit with humidification in October 2015.
