~ Dishes ~ Sauce for Ham Libbie Coleman Mix together in a saucepan ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cloves 1 tbs cornstarch

Stir in 1 cup of orange juice and ½ cup of water and cook until it’s thick and clear. Raisons can also be added if desired

Crabbies Carla Coleman ¼ cup butter 2tbs mayonnaise ¼ tsp garlic salt 1 6½ to 7 oz. can crabmeat

1-5 oz jar Old English sharp cheddar ½ tsp seasoned salt 6 English muffins

Mix all ingredients except muffins in a bowl. Spread mixture on the 12 muffin halves and cut into fourths. Arrange on cookie sheet and broil until they puff, bubble and brown. Serve hot.

Old Fashioned Sweet and Sour Cole Slaw Libbie Coleman 1½ lb shredded green cabbage 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup cider vinegar 1 cup whipped cream or half and half

Place shredded cabbage in a covered dish in refrigerator for several hours. Mix ingredients in order given 30 minutes before serving. Chill and serve.
