Getting to know its history and its mission was the first step to my design. The concept then originated after a few visits to the park which was full of trees. Texas weather can be very hot and humid and because of this, the idea of shade and wind came into mind. I wanted to create a space where people can meet after their activities and cool off. While in this place they could learn more about the park and its history.
