Reif für die Insel? HARIBO verloste unter dem Motto „Gewinne Deine eigene Insel in Kanada“ eine echte, traumhafte Insel mit dem Namen „HARIBO Island“. Wie integriere ich eine Privatinsel in meine Werbekampagne?

Von Inseln hat schon jeder geträumt. Das Gefühl, vielleicht eine Insel zu gewinnen, zu besitzen oder zumindest zu besuchen, ist ein einmaliges wundervolles Erlebnis. Jede Werbekampagne kann dieses Gefühl vermitteln.

Die Markenartikel- und Werbefirmen haben bei der Nutzung des „Inseltraums“ drei Werbemöglichkeiten:

1.

Der Erwerb einer Insel und ein anschließendes Preisausschreiben oder Lotterie. Mit dem Kauf einer Insel wird eine Grundbuchauflassung veranlasst, und wenn der Gewinner feststeht, wird die Insel auf den Namen des Gewinners übertragen. Qualitätsinseln, die auch sehr fotogen sind und in beliebten Gegenden liegen, kosten ca. EUR 75.000 bis EUR 200.000 mit einigen Sonderausnahmen auf die VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS hinweist.

Besonderheiten: Es gibt auch ganz besondere Möglichkeiten, die gelegentlich vorkommen, z.B. dass eine Insel erworben werden kann, die noch nicht kartografiert wurde, d.h. der Gewinner hat das Recht, der Insel einen eigenen Namen zu geben. Dieser Name wird dann kartografisch festgehalten, und in allen zukünftigen Karten findet der Name seinen Niederschlag.

Eine einfacher Weg ist, eine Insel unter Option zu nehmen. Man zahlt hier vielleicht 10 % des Kaufpreises plus Notargebühren und hält die Insel notariell verbrieft vor, bis der Gewinner des Preisausschreibens feststeht. In einigen Fällen ist dieser Weg notwendig, wenn nämlich nicht sicher ist, ob der Gewinner eventuell einen Alternativpreis, so z. B.

Bargeld vorzieht. Gelegentlich ist der Alternativpreis Bargeld vorgeschrieben. Sollte der Gewinner nicht für die Insel stimmen, verfällt das Optionsgeld, ansonsten bestehen keine weiteren Verpflichtungen.

Inselreisen- und Anmietung – ein solcher Preis appelliert auch an das Inselgefühl. Der Gewinner gewinnt dann nicht die Insel, sondern verbringt Inselurlaub auf einer Luxusinsel, auf der z.B. bereits schon viele Prominente waren. Eine weitere Möglichkeit sind Spa-Insel mit den feinsten Spas der Welt – hier könnte man auch an ein Inselhopping around the world denken.

Alternatividee:

Landnahme nach „Siedlerart“ Interessant sind auch andere immobilienverbundene Werbeideen, z. B. die Landnahme nach Siedlerart.

Der Preisträger bekommt ein Seil von 2 km Länge und steckt sich wie zu Siedlerzeiten sein Grundstück ab. Was er in einer vorgegebenen Zeit umkreisen kann, wird ihm übertragen.

Everybody has once dreamt of islands. Perhaps it was the fantasy of winning, owning or visiting one – it is a unique and wonderful experience. Every advertising campaign can procure such a feeling. One can buy an island.

We offer companies of branded products and advertising firms the following three possibilities in respect of the dream of an own private island:

1.

The acquisition of an island and the subsequent competition or raffle. The island can be purchased, the Registry of Deeds conveyance arranged and when the winner has been chosen, the island will then be conveyed in the name of the winner. Quality islands, islands which are very photogenic and located in popular areas may cost approx.

EUR 75,000 - EUR 200,000 with a few special exceptions which VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS point out.

2.

An easier way is to take an island under option.

Here, one pays, for example, 10% of the asking price plus notary fees and holds the island notarially documented until the winner of the competition is chosen. This procedure is obligatory in certain cases, where it is not certain if the winner will perhaps opt for an alternative prize, such as a cash alternative. Every now and then, a cash prize alternative is compulsory.

Should the winner decide against the island, the option fee is forfeited and there are no further obligations.

3.

Island Travel and Rental - such a prize also appeals to that island feeling. In this case, the winner does not win the island itself but a vacation on a luxury island, for example where many celebrities have been or on a spa resort island with the world's finest spas - "island hopping around the world".

Features: There are also certain opportunities, which occasionally arise, for example – where an island can be acquired, which has yet to be charted and its name will be reflected in all future maps.

Settlement Also of interest are other real estate-related advertising ideas, for instance the occupation of land as settlers used to do. The winner receives a rope 2 km in length and marks out his/her plot as settlers used to do. The amount of land he/she is able to encircle within a given timeframe will be conveyed to him/her.
