We’re ready to answer your questions and assist you in selecting the right equipment for your production systems. Payment Terms: Midwest Livestock Systems, LLC, honors all VISA*, MasterCard*, Discover*, John Deere Financial™, and CODs. An open account can be established when your M.L.S. credit application has been approved. A signed credit agreement must accompany your application. See pages 114-115 in this General Product Catalog, tear it out, and send it in. All COD orders incur a $10.00 additional charge. Sales tax will be added where applicable. We will honor all tax exempt numbers upon receipt of the proper forms. Shipping: The fastest carrier will be used to ship your order directly to you. UPS will be used if possible; otherwise, the lowest-cost common carrier will deliver your order. Customers are responsible for freight and handling charges. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the distance it must travel. Please report any damage to the proper freight company upon delivery. Returns and Exchanges Policy: All returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of the shipping date and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 30 days will be on an inspection basis. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. Defective or damaged items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT GROUND SERVICE ONLY, UPS OR PARCEL POST.
