A very popular choice for replacing or covering rusted-out metal liner panels in hog, poultry, or dairy facilities. These rust-resistant panels are manufactured from top quality PVC resins compounded with stabilizers and inhibitors, to give exceptional UV resistance and weather-ability. It’s high gloss surface finish cleans easily and will not support moss, algae, or fungus growth. Dirt retention is low and it is also resistant to most chemicals. This strong durable material has good fire performance and is self-extinguishing which increases the safety value. The panel is cut easily with a plywood blade in a circular saw run backwards. A standard sheet is 20’4” long and 38” wide with a total coverage of 36” after overlap with corrugations 9” OC.

Note: Plastic liner panels expand and contract with changes in temperature. Must be attached with special “One Step” screws that bore a larger hole in the material. Notice: Thermal expansion properties of PVC may cause plastic liner panel to be wavy or sag. CALL FOR PRICING
