Midlothian hosts several traditional gyms with updated equipment and flexible hours meet many fitness needs. Yoga, Pilates, jazzercise, and outdoor fitness groups will get you moving while making meaningful connections. Fitness styles like CrossFit and bodybuilding are available with several independent gyms. Personal trainers in a variety of disciplines will allow you to tailor your fitness journey to your needs and goals.

You will find public walking or jogging trails at the Mockingbird Nature Center and the Midlothian Community Park. New in 2021 is the Free National Fitness Court, an outdoor, shaded training center for adults of all ages. With several equine facilities, you can even find space for horseback activities.

Kids can have fun, make friends, and learn skills at their choice of gymnastics, cheer, and martial arts programs for all ages.
