andra Phillips is vice president and assistant general counsel of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (TMS). Her responsibilities include legal operations and technology and complex litigation. She is active in the TMS African American Collaborative and TORQUE, a professional women’s alliance group.

atricia Pineda is group vice president at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. (TMA) with primary responsibility for Hispanic Business Strategy. Previously she had responsibility for national philanthropy and the Toyota USA Foundation. Pineda joined TMA in September 2004 as group vice president of Corporate Communications and General Counsel.
