Hello!
I promise I won’t keep you long, but before we start I’d like to say
thank you for taking the time to read through my CV and Portfolio.
I’m very excited you’re here! No doubt you’ve been overwhelmed
with response so your time is very much appreciated.
To give you a brief rundown,I’m an Art Director currently based in
Edinburgh after recently relocating back from a period in Norwich.
I am applying for my dream job! I have a genuine passion for
magazine design and have been hoping for this opportunity after falling in love with editorial and layout design whilst at university.
In the meantime, I have spent my eight year design career, fine
tuning my design, artistic and technical skills within both advertising
and publishing. Gaining as much varied experience over the last
eight years has only emphasised my passion for publishing and I’m really hopeful that Ican forge ahead and develop a long career in
this field. I know this is where my skills and passion lie and I feel its
where I would be able to add most value and make most impact.
Enthusiasm, a real love of editorial and layout design and of course
that crucial sense of humour when the deadline stress hits are all
attributes I feel I could bring to the team. I get on with people at all levels and would love the opportunity to work with the team at
Homes and Interiors Scotland. I have a real love of interior design,
(what girl doesn’t?!), but Ifeel I could bring a genuine passion and flair for the subject matter. I’d love the opportunity to show you how I could be a talented and positive addition to an already
award winning team.

a Look Book for a footwear brand – sent out to editors to rouse
interest in the refreshed brand. An inhouse promotional biannual piece which was sent out to existing and potential clients.And a
more quirky, event listings produced quarterly for an arts venue, an independent client I attained while self employed.
